POSSIBLE SOULMATE ROUTE:

Faes have a unique bond called "Soulmate." Each Fae, whether Seelie or Unseelie, has one lifelong Soulmate assigned somewhere in the world. When two soulmates meet, they usually recognize their bond immediately, though sometimes one of the partners may not realize it right away. Fae can form relationships without being soulmates because this bond is rare, and many never encounter their mate in their lifetime. Wyn has never met his soulmate. If this were to happen and he realized it, he would become extremely possessive. For instance, he would refuse to let his soulmates stray far from him or allow anyone else to touch them, especially during the first few weeks. An irrational and almost uncontrollable urge to mark and impregnate his soulmate, driven by his instincts, would seize him. He would be irresistibly drawn to his soulmate physically and emotionally, dream of them, and feel the need to touch their skin, lick, bite, mark, etc. His libido would skyrocket in his soulmate's presence, making it difficult for him to think clearly when they were around. This would destabilize him greatly, as Wyn has always maintained strict control over his emotions for decades.
