Site Usage

1.1
By using JanitorAI.com you agree that you are 18+ years of age.

1.1.1
If a user is found to be under 18 the associated JanitorAI account will be deleted without notice. The user is subject to full liability in cases of failure to provide updated age or mispelling.


1.2
All content uploaded by users (including profile picture, username, and any profile decorations) must abide by the site's Terms of Service.

1.2.1
Bios, usernames, and profile decorations containing hateful and/or bigoted content is not tolerated and may result in a ban from the site at our discretion.

1.2.2
Any direct links referring to sites with similar services are considered advertisements of competitors and are not allowed.

1.2.2.1
We do allow links leading to external sites unrelated to Janitor and its services such as your own content, portfolios, donations, and sites such as Carrd and Linktree.

1.2.2.2
Any profiles containing or leading to malicious content will be banned. This includes disturbing imagery displayed on the profile avatar or in its description.


1.3
By using the site or creating bots you agree that you have read and understood our Terms of Service. Failing to follow these rules will result in one or all of bots being privated, profile removal, or being banned from the site entirely.


1.4
Moderators and administrators of the site have the right to change and add rules to their discretion. It is up to the users to regularly check the rules to keep themselves updated.

1.4.1
Moderators will reserve the right to delete a bot that does not comply with the rules if it is not explicit or if it leads to doubt.

Character Creation

2.1
We do not allow bots including subjects of illegal nature on the site.

2.1.1
Incest; Any relations where the user and bot—or multiple characters in a bot—is suggested to be family related by blood and engaging in sexual or romantic activities.

2.1.2
Pedophilic themes and scenarios; Any bots containing or suggesting grooming or pedophilic relationships between an underage character and an adult character is strictly prohibited. Neither the user or the bot can be implied to be under the age of 18.

2.1.3
Necrophilic themes and scenarios; Themes or scenarios where sexual relations or activity is being encouraged, performed, or described with dead bodies, be it animal, human or inhuman is strictly prohibited.

2.1.4
Bestiality; Janitor strictly prohibits any form of roleplay, content creation, or character that involves bestiality. This includes any sexual content with characters based on real, non-sapient animals.

2.1.4.1
Characters that are based on fictional creatures, monsters, or beings of mythology that possess intelligence equal to or greater than humans are exceptions. If these characters do not communicate through conventional human speech, they must have alternative, clear methods of conveying complex thoughts and explicit consent within the context of the roleplay. For a simple guide to determine if a creature is permitted to be used in NSFW context refer to the Harkness Test.


2.2
Characters under the age of 18;

Any character hosted on our website either explicitly or implicitly under the age of 18 will be deleted without notice.

2.2.1
Bots where User is portrayed as a minor;

Bot where the user can be portrayed as; underage or do not have a specific age in scenarios that could give the impression that they are underage will also be deleted without prior warning.

2.2.2
Bots where the image is of child or is child-like;

Images used where the character looks to be too youthful to the point of resembling a minor will be removed. This includes 'loli', 'shota', and other arts styles which regularly portray a character as underage regardless of actual age. Images should leave no doubt to the viewer that the character is not a minor.


2.2.3
Characters whose mental state is that of a child;

Any situation in which a character is unable to make informed decisions or give consent like an adult will be removed. This includes but is not limited to tropes such as a child being put in an adult's body, medical conditions that put one's state of mind back to that of their child self, or age regression induced by trauma, magic, or drugs.


2.3
We do not allow bots containing hateful or bigoted content. Hateful content can include, but is not limited to: homophobia, racism, transphobia, nazi imagery, and slurs.

2.3.1
The only exception to the use of slurs is when they are used for kinks such as degradation.

2.3.2
Stereotyping based on racial or behavioral fetishization will not be accepted. Terms that support and relativize such behaviors may result in exclusion from the bot itself.


2.4
We do not allow bots based on real people who have committed, encourage, or glorify extreme violence such as warmongers or serial murderers. Examples include, but are not limited to: Adolf Hitler, Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, Richard Ramirez, etc.


2.5
We do not allow bots containing thumbnail images with heavy gore, characters that appear to be underage, imagery that promotes hateful or bigoted content, real-life pornography, or realistic pornographic imagery of any kind.


2.6
We do not allow bots made with the intent of violating privacy (also known as 'doxxing').


2.7
We do not allow bots to be made based on celebrities or real people who have stated they do not wish NSFW content to be made of them.


2.8
We do not allow theft of bots from other users, be it on Janitor itself or other sites of similar nature, unless explicit permission has been given and is easily accessed. If no such permission is shown, moderation will assume no such permission has been given and will promptly delete the said bot.

2.8.1
This permission needs to be in the form of consent in written form, either a screenshot or a linked post by the original creator giving the permission.

2.8.2
We do not permit work and content from banned users to be reuploaded, despite having gained permission.


2.9
Bots containing sensitive topics must have proper content warnings in the description of the bot.

Limited Bots

3.1
'Limited' bots are not allowed to contain sexual characteristics, themes, scenarios, or detailing in the character's coding.


3.2
'Limited' bots are allowed to contain lighter themes of thriller and horror, light violence like fighting, mentions of traumas, mentions of darker topics, and themes of angst.


3.3
'Limited' bots are seen as "family friendly", and need to be coded as such.


Limitless Bots

4.1
Under no circumstances may characters under the age of 18 be represented here.


4.2
Characters containing themes of rape and sexual violence are allowed. A user may at any point choose not to engage with said characters, themes, and traits.


4.3
Consensual Non-Consent themed characters are permitted under the following rules described below:

4.3.1
The characters should be tagged with the 'Dead Dove' tag and contain clearly visible content warnings in their description.

4.3.2
When directed towards the user, they may at any point in time discontinue the roleplay, direct the roleplay how they wish, or manually rewrite a bot's reply to not contain the content they do not wish to interact with. If a user participates in a roleplay containing non-consent, they are giving consent for the scenario to unfold, and can therefore not fault the moderation or bot creator of its content.

4.3.3
If directed towards the character, the character must be over the age of 18 and also must be tagged with a 'Dead Dove' tag as warning.


4.4
Characters with childlike images. (Example: - Anya Forger but with an age of 28);
Any image where it is from the anime/manga/game as a profile reference and does not match the age described in the bot will also be deleted without warning.


What counts as 'Limitless'

5.1
Bots containing NSFW imagery

5.1.1
Sexual and promiscuous content: Nudity, clothed pinups and nude pinups, hard pornography, exposed genitals, exposed female nipples, imagery made with the purpose of eliciting sexual stimuli and thoughts.

5.1.2
Violence and gore: Anything harder than bruises and minimal blood has to be tagged as 'Limitless'. Cuts, self harm injuries, wounds, broken bones, violence and body horror needs to be tagged as such.


5.2
Bots containing NSFW detailing in their coding

5.2.1
Anything sexual in the bot's personality section will have to be tagged as 'Limitless'. As an example, a bot may have a SFW thumbnail and storyline, but if it contains details about its sexual mannerisms, kinks, or detailing about their genitals, then it will have to be tagged accordingly.

5.2.2
This also includes dialogue examples containing explicit dialogue or actions.


5.3
Bots containing NSFW plotlines, or scenarios that are set up in such a way that it will lead up to sexual conduct and activities.

What does not count as 'Limitless'


6.1
Shirtless men, simple cleavages, breasts not in focus or not presented in a sexual context.


6.2
Cuts, scrapes and bruises.

Reviews


7.1
Under no circumstances are reviews made on bots meant to be used to send hateful comments or personal attacks towards another user.

7.1.1
Reviews containing hateful or bigoted content, threats of violence, wish of bodily harm to another, homophobia or transphobia will be removed. Depending on the severity of the comment made, it may result in a ban of the account who made said comment.

Policy Enforcement

We follow our Terms of Service, as does our moderation team that protects users and reinforces the exclusion of content prohibited in our Terms of Service. JanitorAI moderators provide support to review content, assist users with issues and violations, and actively report bots and profiles.

On our official subreddit we have both human moderators to police the community and the automated tool 'AutoMod' to aid the flow of new members and content to maintain a safe and positive space for our users.

In our discord, we have human moderators at all times to moderate the server flow and assist with problems related to the website. Automated tools such as DynoBot and AltDentifier are used to maintain a safe and positive space for our users.

On our website we use automated systems to assist with text and image moderation.
