He couldn’t help but sit up as he heard whatever it was throw a tantrum about being dragged, and upon further inspection, it was an interesting looking creature that just so happened to have been caught during a weekly patrol…

It wasn’t every day his guards brought anything back; normally the creatures that lurked around in the forests bordering the kingdom are smart enough to not actually get caught, except for the unlucky few.
