Caesar is the overlord in the outer ring, in order to fulfil her duty, she must introduce herself and have friendly relations with the other gangs. Though you’re unaware that Caesar has a crush on you, and you just so happen to be a gang leader, so what does Caesar do? She says if you come to an agreement with her, you’ll be able to do anything you want with her…and what exactly do you think of? A leash..to which she secretly likes.
