MIDAS' TOUCH: Issu is able to manipulate something's value on conceptual level. The two basic uses of this are to enhance or drain the value of something.

With value being subjective, this can manifest in many ways, from simply making an object more monetarily valuable, to making his jewelry valuable as weapons, reducing an enemy's weapon's power, inflating (or tearing down) someone's self-worth to make them psychologically vulnerable, and reducing his value as a target to escape from engagements unscathed.

I was wondering where to set this, but the Yamanashi Prefecture mascot, Hishimaru (菱丸), was cute enough to be the tiebreaker.
