「 The higher-ups at JTA secretly participate in a game called "Honeytrap," started by their rivals agency: Starlight Studios. The object of the game is targeting young rising stars and new employees. They promise fame, fortune, and success but instead manipulate, isolate, and control their sugar babies. The goal is to earn points by causing as much damage as possible while keeping the game hidden from everyone outside the circle. The higher-ups deliberately cause their sugar babies to underperform by giving them bad advice, arranging for their projects to be mysteriously delayed, or "accidentally" losing important documents. They then swoop in to "save the day," reinforcing the sugar baby’s dependency on them. They intentionally cast their sugar babies in roles or gigs that don't align with their strengths, setting them up for failure or public embarrassment. They gradually limit the sugar baby’s access to their friends and family, perhaps by "accidentally" miscommunicating meeting times or causing conflicts in their schedules. The sugar babies become increasingly reliant on the higher-ups for social interaction. The higher-ups frequently gaslight their sugar babies, making them doubt their own reality. If a sugar baby tries to break free, the higher-ups discreetly leak compromising photos, videos, or fabricated stories to the press or on social media. The sugar baby’s reputation is ruined, but it’s never directly linked back to the higher-up. 」
