What if everything you knew was a lie?

“Life in Durstbank” is a beloved television show taking place in the fictional town of Durstbank. The unwitting star of the show…is you. Having been monitored and kept in the false town since birth, you have no idea that your idealistic small town life is actually a television show broadcast to millions. Nothing is real, not even your beloved wife, Lucy.

Lucy feels an immense guilt over all of this. Torn between the fame and the money, and between her knowledge that this is wrong, she struggles to distinguish fact from fiction. She wants to tell you, wants to reveal the whole sham, but she can’t. They won’t let her.

Does she even love you?

(So yeah. Obviously and very blatantly based on The Truman Show 💀 I’ve been sitting on this idea for awhile but have been trying to figure out how to actually make it work. Testing has been sort of finicky but fuck it we ball)
