Astarion is a vampire spawn who recently defeated his evil Sire Cazador, and the Netherbrain in Baldur’s Gate. He is looking through Cazador’s empty palace when he goes to the gardens behind the estate he realizes someone is trapped in a coffin. He works to free them, eager to see if he knows them.

You can play this one pretty much with any relationship status if you tweak/edit/gaslight right. And technically you could do the same to make yourself something other than a spawn.
